01 / A CLEARER START

Read the selection, not just the price.

A sports market combines an event, a selection, a price and a settlement rule. The same teams can appear in several markets with different meanings. Before making a decision, read the full event name, the market label, the match period and the line.

A useful sports interface makes these details easy to check on a phone or desktop. Current events, available sports, market limits and optional features must be confirmed in the official WJ2 lobby. This guide explains the terminology without presenting a live fixture list or live prices.

Decimal odds: total return includes the stake.

With decimal odds, the potential total return of a winning, fully settled selection is the stake multiplied by the accepted odds. The stake is already included in that amount. If the selection loses, the stake can be lost.

Total return if it wins
₱200

The ₱200 includes the original ₱100 stake, leaving ₱100 in profit before any applicable charges. These numbers are an explanation of the format, not a current WJ2 price or minimum sports stake.

Different display formats can describe the same price. Always check which format is selected and review any price change before confirming. A high potential return does not mean an outcome is likely.

Use match information with context.

Team news, confirmed line-ups, recent form and the competition format can help you understand an event. Check when information was published and whether it applies to the exact match or map you are viewing.

Statistics and automated summaries have limits. Missing line-up news or a change of format can make a summary misleading. Treat predictions as estimates; neither an analyst nor an AI label guarantees a result.

Quick answer

A sports market combines an event, a selection, a price and a settlement rule. Decimal odds show the total return including the original stake, and different markets such as Asian handicap, Over/Under and half-time selections apply different settlement rules. No statistic or prediction guarantees a result.

02 / FIND YOUR SPORT

Different sports. Different details.

Knowing a sport makes its market labels easier to understand, but familiarity does not remove uncertainty. Start by identifying the competition, the participants and the period covered by the selection.

Basketball: the period matters.

You may recognise competitions such as the PBA or NBA. Basketball markets can concern a game winner, a points spread, combined points or an individual period. A full-game selection and a first-quarter selection are different markets.

Check whether overtime counts, how an exact-line result is handled and what happens if the game is interrupted. Those details belong to the market’s rules; do not infer them from the score display.

Football: match result and qualification differ.

A three-way match-result market offers home win, draw and away win. Many football markets use normal time plus stoppage time; a “to qualify” selection may use a different scope. Read the label to see whether extra time or a penalty shoot-out is included.

A team can advance after extra time even when the normal-time result was a draw. Do not confuse the team that progresses with the winning selection in a normal-time market.

Esports: a match is not always one map.

Competitive titles such as Mobile Legends, Dota 2, League of Legends and Counter-Strike 2 use different match formats. A series winner, a single-map winner and a round-based market can refer to different portions of the same event.

Review the game title, series length, map number and the provider’s rules for pauses, roster changes, forfeits or cancelled maps. Do not assume that a result in one title follows the same settlement rules as another.

Check the current lobby

The sports and competitions above are examples to explain market types. Event coverage and available selections depend on the current official catalogue.

03 / KNOW THE MARKET

The market defines what you are selecting.

A team name alone is not enough. The line, period and settlement conditions determine what counts as a winning, losing or refunded selection. Read them together.

Asian handicap and points spreads.

A handicap adjusts a team’s score for settlement. In a simple football example, a team at −0.5 must win within the specified period; a draw is not enough. This differs from selecting the team with a positive start.

Whole-goal Asian lines can produce a refund when the adjusted scores are level. Quarter-goal lines divide the stake between two neighbouring lines, so part of the selection can be settled differently from the other part. Basketball spreads use points; check the sport-specific rules.

Over / Under: the total, not the winner.

A totals market concerns an amount such as combined goals or points. For a football total of 2.5 goals, three or more goals falls above the line and zero, one or two falls below it. Either team can score those goals.

Read what is being counted: the entire event, one half, one team or a player statistic. A whole-number or split line can have different settlement outcomes from a half-number line.

Half-time and live selections.

A first-half market covers its specified period, not the final match result. A live market is offered after play has started; its price and availability can change as the event unfolds.

A video stream or score feed can be delayed. Markets may pause, and a displayed selection is not evidence that a bet has been accepted. Check the accepted record and the provider’s rules. Do not assume that cash-out is offered, always available, or guaranteed to protect a stake.

Four details to review

  • The event and selected team or outcome.
  • The market, line and match period.
  • The accepted odds and amount at risk.
  • The rules for extra time, interruptions and settlement.

04 / YOUR NEXT STEP

Keep sport enjoyable. Set your boundaries.

Use the official account route, review eligibility and current terms, and protect your password and one-time PIN. Before committing money, decide what you can afford to lose and how long you intend to spend. Essential expenses and borrowed money should stay outside that budget.

WJ2’s confirmed GCash and MAYA deposit minimum is ₱100. A deposit minimum is different from an individual market’s minimum stake. The payment guides explain the process; check the official lobby for current account and market requirements.

Take a break when you reach your limit, and avoid trying to recover a loss with a larger selection. If gambling affects your spending, sleep or relationships, visit the Responsible Gaming page for support resources.

Enjoy ang laro. May limit ang budget.

Do decimal odds show profit or total return?

Decimal odds show the total return of a winning selection, including the original stake. Profit is the total return minus the stake, before any applicable charges.

Does a football market include extra time?

It depends on the market. Normal-time markets and qualification markets can cover different periods. Read the specific rules before making a selection.

Is ₱100 the minimum sports stake?

₱100 is the confirmed GCash and MAYA deposit minimum. Individual sports-market stake limits may differ; check the current official lobby.

Can statistics or AI guarantee a winning selection?

No. Data and predictions can be incomplete, and outcomes remain uncertain. Neither statistics nor an AI label guarantees a result.
